Susan Miranda is an accomplished oboist and educator with extensive experience in music performance and instruction. Currently serving as an adjunct professor at Hamline University, Northwestern College, and Dordt University, Susan also holds positions as the founder and president of the Chione Quintet and the founder of Dúo León. Additionally, Susan owns Chromatic Fusion, a music organization offering oboe lessons and reed-making services. Previous roles include oboist and COO of the Twin Cities Symphony and private oboe teacher at Modern Day Music and Forte Fine Arts Academy. Susan holds a Master of Music in Oboe Performance from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Minnesota.
