Lina Pallotta, CPA, CA has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lina started their career as a Junior Accountant and Systems Administrator at Zittrer, Siblin, Stein, Levine. Lina then moved on to become a Supervisor Auditor at the same company. In 1990, they joined Rio Tinto Alcan where they held various roles such as Corporate Financial Accountant, Project Site Coordinator for Oracle Financials, Manager of Chart of Accounts and Accounting Policies, IT Controller, Manager of Finance Projects, Manager of Finance Process Optimization, Director of Global Finance Initiatives, and Director of Consolidation Reporting and Analysis. In 2012, Lina became a CPA, CA and later joined Dorel Industries as the Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Lina has led and managed teams, implemented financial systems, optimized processes, and achieved significant cost reduction.
