Alisa McCoy

Alisa McCoy is a seasoned professional in the creative and branding sectors, currently serving as VP of Brand and Creative at Dorel Juvenile since May 2022. Previously, McCoy held the position of Senior Creative Director at Collette for a brief duration in early 2022. Over a significant tenure at Hasbro from November 2014 to November 2021, McCoy advanced through various roles including Senior Product & Creative Director and Director of Creative Development, managing extensive creative operations for major brands. Earlier experience at Mattel, Inc. included leading creative operations across global consumer products and serving as a producer for key projects related to iconic brands like Barbie and Hot Wheels. With foundational experience in broadcast production and a degree in Communications from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, McCoy brings a wealth of industry knowledge and creative leadership to every endeavor.
