Emily Hillermann has over a decade of experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Call Center Operations at Dorel Home since January 2014. In this role, Emily oversees a customer service team for e-commerce orders related to RTA furniture divisions, ensuring efficient order processing and inventory management. Prior to Dorel, Emily held various management positions at Walgreens, where responsibilities included training and managing a team of over 20 members to optimize store operations. Earlier experience includes roles in inventory control at Scholastic Book Fairs and as a cashier at Schnuck Markets, where Emily consistently delivered exceptional customer service. Emily holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, one in Interdisciplinary Studies and another in History.
