Xiaoming Zhao (Mia)

Xiaoming (Mia) Zhao is a commercial litigation paralegal at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP since September 2021, previously serving as a litigation paralegal at Sim & Depaola, LLP from February to September 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a law clerk at the Law Office of B. Marian Chou and participating in a legal pro bono bankruptcy case at the U.S. Courthouse in 2017. Xiaoming holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The George Washington University, a Master's degree in the Law of WTO from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from East China University of Political Science and Law. Additionally, Xiaoming participated as an exchange student at City University of Hong Kong in 2013-2014.
