Dion Record, MBA, has over 30 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Dion started their career in the US Navy as a Fire Control Technician, maintaining and troubleshooting Anti-Aircraft Missile Computer Control Systems. After that, Dion worked as a Store Systems Engineer for The Customer Company, where they supported network and communications for over 200 Convenience Stores. Dion then moved on to become an Instructor at the University of Phoenix.

In 1997, Dion joined Meyer Corporation as an IT Director, where they improved Cognos Data warehouse and Business Intelligence while managing network, servers, and hardware. Dion also developed a team of programmers and implemented technologies to enhance revenue and expense planning enterprise-wide. Dion was later promoted to Sr. Director of Information Technology, where they managed the ERP system, directed technology teams, and developed the company's website and intranet. Dion successfully migrated e-commerce and marketing websites to Fatwire Software and deployed a large project to upgrade the ERP system.

In 2015, Dion took on the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Blue Mountain Enterprises, where they managed affiliate company's IT and IS teams and revitalized the IT department. Most recently, Dion worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at Dorfman Milano, overseeing the company's IT operations.

Throughout their career, Dion has demonstrated their expertise in managing technology teams, implementing new software systems, and improving IT infrastructure. Dion holds an MBA degree and has a strong track record of driving successful IT initiatives.

Dion Record, MBA, has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, Dion also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the same institution. The exact time frames for both degrees are not specified.
