Brian Lantier

Brian Lantier's work experience includes a role as the Executive Vice President - Operating Partner at Dorilton since April 2021. Brian is also a Board Member at Traditions Health and MEI Rigging & Crating, starting in September 2022 and April 2021 respectively. Prior to these roles, Brian served as the CEO at MedOptions from November 2018 to April 2021. Brian was the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at EHE Health from July 2016 to September 2018. From January 2015 to June 2016, they worked as an Operating Executive at Wellspring Capital Management LLC. Brian also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Summit Golf Brands from May 2013 to January 2015 and Vice President at The Staten Group, Inc. from July 2009 to November 2012. Brian started their career as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at HeliFlite in July 2009. Additionally, Brian worked as a Turnaround & Restructuring Consultant at AlixPartners from December 2012 to May 2013.

Brian Lantier has a strong educational background with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy from 1995 to 1999.
