Camilo Mancilla

Camilo Mancilla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Camilo is currently the Head of Advanced Analytics at Dorilton Capital since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson & Johnson from 2017 to 2020, holding the positions of Senior Manager Advanced Analytics and Supply Chain Analytics Manager. In these roles, they led the development of supply chain solutions, implemented machine learning initiatives, and focused on improving customer satisfaction.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Camilo worked at Air Products from 2011 to 2017, where they held various positions such as Lead Process Engineer, Senior Principal Process Engineer, and Principal Process Engineer. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, developed innovative solutions based on data analysis, and conducted statistical analysis to optimize gas pipeline operations.

Additionally, Camilo worked as an Adjunct Professor at Lehigh University in 2016, and earlier in their career, they gained experience in project management at Supply Chain Management Consultancy from 2005 to 2006. Camilo also served as a Project Leader at Consorcio from 2001 to 2004, where they led the implementation of new products across the company and contributed to operational and systems analysis. Camilo started their career as a Junior Consultant at Symplex Consulting from 2000 to 2001.

Camilo Mancilla obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. After that, they pursued further education and obtained a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
