Courtney Twardy

Courtney Twardy is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Director of Corporate FP&A at Dorilton since September 2024. Twardy is also a Founding Member of The F Suite, an exclusive peer community for CFOs, established in October 2022. Previously, Twardy held the position of Head Of Finance at MWH, where the establishment of finance functions for a subscription-based fitness platform was undertaken. From 2016 to June 2022, Twardy was SVP of Finance & Operations at sparks & honey, leading financial strategy development and overseeing multiple finance functions. Twardy began a career in finance as an Associate Investment Consultant at Mercer, advising large institutional clients, following an investment analyst role at Segal Rogerscasey in 2010. Twardy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mathematics, and Financial Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
