Irina began their work experience as a Technical Recruiter at Mitchell Martin Inc. in July 2011 and remained in this role until February 2013. Irina then joined MediaCom as a Human Resources Coordinator in February 2013 and worked until September 2014. From September 2014 to December 2018, they worked as a Talent Partner at CLEAR, focusing on using biometrics to create a secure and connected world. In January 2019, Irina transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Dorilton Capital, and later became the Director of Talent Acquisition in January 2020.
