Kimberly Sukhram

Kimberly Sukhram is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in benefits administration and payroll management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Dorilton since July 2024, Kimberly previously worked at Davidson Kempner Capital Management as a Benefits and Payroll Specialist, managing US payroll and health benefits. Kimberly's earlier roles include Human Resources Associate and Coordinator at Foursquare, where responsibilities included payroll administration and employee onboarding during company acquisitions. Additional experience encompasses positions in payroll and administration across various companies, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The City College of New York.
