Bjoern Frese

Bjoern Frese is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement excellence. Currently serving as the Lead Procurement Excellence at dormakaba, Bjoern leads global experts in functional development and the implementation of procurement processes and systems to enhance the Source-to-Pay process. Previous roles include Lead Indirect Procurement (ad interim) at freseconsult, where Bjoern advises companies on supply chain challenges, and Director Supply Chain Management at Siemens, overseeing significant procurement volumes and leading strategic initiatives. Bjoern holds a degree from FOM University of Applied Sciences and completed an apprenticeship in Industrial Business Management at Siemens AG.
