Cordula Schilling has extensive experience in customer experience and business management, having held several senior roles at dormakaba since February 2008, including Global Head of Customer Experience Management and Senior Business Developer for Electronic Access and Data. Prior to this, Cordula worked at nopa instruments GmbH in international sales and product management from December 2005 to January 2008, and at Hermle Uhrenmanufaktur in international sales from October 2002 to December 2005. Additional experience includes a trainee position in sales and marketing at Hermle Black Forest Clocks in the USA. Cordula holds a Diplom Betriebswirtin (BA) in International Business Administration from Berufsakademie Villingen-Schwenningen, completed in 2005.
