Daniela Müller

Daniela Müller has a diverse range of experience in the field of talent acquisition and executive recruiting. Their most recent role is as the Lead Talent Acquisition Europe & Africa at dormakaba, where they are responsible for building and leading a team of over 20 members across eight different countries. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager Europe & Africa at dormakaba. Daniela has also served as a Guest Lecturer at IME Business School and as an In-house Executive Search Manager EMEA / Executive Recruiter at Globant. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA at Radisson Hotel Group and as a Research Associate / Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart. Daniela also has experience as an International Operations Consultant at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search, an HR Consultant at UniConsult, and an HR Sales Consultant at Randstad Work Solutions.

Daniela Müller has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EUDE - Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa, Madrid, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they received a Degree in Psychology from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg between 2001 and 2007. In 2000, they completed their High School Diploma/Abitur at Franz-Ludwig-Gymnasium Bamberg. Daniela also has additional certifications, including "Embracing Times of Uncertainty" from LinkedIn and "Talent Strategy Masterclass with Lynda Gratton" from WOBI.
