Francis Leung

Francis Leung has extensive work experience in the dormakaba company and its subsidiaries. Francis started their career with DORMA in 1992 as a Regional Director for China and held the position until 2015. In 1992, they also became the Managing Director of dormakaba Hong Kong Limited, where they worked until 2021. From 1998 to 2021, they served as the Managing Director of dormakaba China Ltd. In 2016, they moved to dormakaba AS APAC and held the role of Senior Vice President for the Region China North Asia until 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to dormakaba Singapore Pte Ltd as the Senior Vice President for ASEAN, AS APAC. Their next role was with dormakaba ASEAN, where they served as the Senior Vice President for ASEAN North Asia, AS Asia Pacific from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Senior Vice President for the Market Rest of World in dormakaba since 2023.

Francis Leung has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1985. Francis also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, which they completed from 1989 to 1995. In terms of professional development, Francis has completed several programs and courses, including Strengths Based Coaching at Gallup in 2014, the Program on Management for Corporate Leaders at the Institute of Leadership & Development (HK) Ltd. in 2013, Leadership at IMD in 2011, Executive Coaching - Level one at the Institute of Executive Coaching in 2010, and Management of Managers at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2008. Additionally, Francis obtained their Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification from Gallup in June 2019. Francis has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, such as 21 Opportunities for Better Networking, Demonstrating Accountability as a Leader, Leadership Foundations, and others, with the most recent being obtained in 2022.
