Heather Shah

Heather Shah has had extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at USG until 2005. Following that, they joined Interactive Intelligence as an Employee Relations Manager from 2006 to 2011. Heather then joined Roche Diagnostics Corporation in 2011 as a Human Resources Business Manager, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are working at dormakaba as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources.

Heather Shah obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in the years 2010-2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Purdue University during the years 1997-1999. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Natural Science from American River College from 1995-1997. Heather is also certified as being admitted to the Indiana State Bar and holds certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM and Senior Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
