Reeba Thomas Manoj

Reeba Thomas Manoj has a long and varied career in Human Resources. Reeba Thomas began their career in 1997 as a Senior Consultant at BTI Consultants, where they were responsible for recruitment of senior professionals for IT and Non-IT positions across industries. In 1999, they joined EY as a Senior Manager of Human Capital, where they set up the Human Capital practice to deliver complete solutions to clients. In 2006, they moved to Microsoft as the Recruitment Head. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at the Azim Premji Foundation as the People Function Lead. Reeba Thomas then moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2015 as the Head of Talent Acquisition for South Asia. In 2019, they joined TE Connectivity as the Head of Talent Strategies and Acquisition for the India Hub, where they developed talent strategies for all Engineering business units and their Global Shared Services. In 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant, partnering with companies on key HR strategic interventions that enable global expansion across US & APAC. Finally, in 2021, they joined Exeevo as the Senior Director & Global Head of Human Resources, where they are responsible for building and driving the global HR & organisation effectiveness strategy.

Reeba Thomas Manoj's education history includes a degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Reeba Thomas also attended Mount Carmel between 1988 and 1990.
