Mirlen Mal

Mirlen Mal serves as the Senior Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Providence College since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mirlen held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Curry College from February 2016 to February 2022. Additionally, Mirlen's extensive experience includes roles at Roger Williams University, where Mirlen served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Labor Relations, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant University Counsel from November 2004 to January 2016. Mirlen holds a Juris Doctor degree in employment law and labor law from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
