Julian Hedera

Julian Hedera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and strategic development in the technology and process solutions sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager for dormakaba in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since September 2019, Julian previously held various leadership roles at Honeywell Process Solutions from January 1995 to September 2019. These roles included EMEA Proposal & Estimation Manager, where responsibilities spanned Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and North Asia, and Regional Director for the Western Balkans, where Julian successfully established a new office in Belgrade and built a high-performance team. Julian's earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Director for Eastern Europe, focusing on strategic development in key markets, and leadership positions in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Julian holds a Master’s degree in Trade from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, earned from 1985 to 1989.
