Kevin Ayers

Kevin Ayers has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for dormakaba, where they are responsible for North American manufacturing operations. Prior to this position, they held various roles at STANLEY Security, including Human Resources Director for the Mechanical Solutions Division and Mergers & Acquisitions. Kevin also had a co-ownership role at Jimmy John's and worked at Best Access Systems, Raytheon Technical Services Company, and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in different HR capacities.

Kevin Ayers obtained a BA degree in Psychology & Business from Indiana University Bloomington in 1989. Kevin has also acquired various certifications throughout their career, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015 and Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University in 2003. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional of Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 1999. In 2017, Ayers earned certifications in Organization Culture Inventory/Effectiveness and ACUMEN Leadership Workstyles from Human Synergistics. Kevin also completed a Communication & Team Effectiveness certification from Sherpa Executive Coaching in 2015.
