Marcele Gadioli Calegarin

Marcele Gadioli Calegarin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various global and regional HR leadership roles. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner and Senior HR Manager at dormakaba since January 2018, Marcele provides HR support to the Global Procurement organization across 23 countries. Previous experience includes the role of Regional Human Resources Manager for Latin America at Houghton International from July 2013 to January 2018, overseeing comprehensive HR functions in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Earlier, Marcele held the position of Human Resources Manager at Regus from January 2012 to June 2013. Marcele holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
