Oscar Fierro

Oscar Fierro has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Oscar started their career at Deloitte México as an Audit Senior, where they developed financial and tax audits for 11 clients and prepared financial statements and tax reports. Oscar then joined Toyota Motor Corporation as Lead Finance, where they managed financial and accounting operations, prepared monthly financial and tax reporting, and implemented internal control mapping. After that, they worked at GEA as a Corporate Controller for Latin America and the Caribbean, where they managed overall finance figures for 8 countries and implemented internal controls and corporate audits. Most recently, Oscar served as Finance Director at dormakaba, where they were the legal representative in Mexico and a member of the executive team responsible for finance and operations in the region. Oscar led a team of 20 employees and focused their efforts on providing strategies for global business decisions and leading the local budget process. Overall, Oscar Fierro has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and tax compliance.

Oscar Fierro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2006. In 2015, they received an English Certification from EF Executive Language Institute in London. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a degree in Top Management and another degree in Business Management, both from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively. In 2017, they completed a program on Balanced Scorecards & KPIs from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. In 2018, they obtained a Certification in Executive Coaching from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
