Rikky Zhang

Rikky Zhang is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Deputy Vice President of HR for dormakaba in China North Asia since April 2012, following a role as Regional HR Manager for the same region. Prior to this, Rikky held the position of HR Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for one year and at SPX Cooling Technologies for nearly five years. Beginning a career as a Customer Supervisor at Shanghai Foreign Service Co., Ltd., which specializes in HR services, Rikky accumulated significant expertise in employee leasing, recruitment, and HR management. Academically, Rikky holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.
