Santo Paolucci

Santo Paolucci has an extensive work history in various managerial roles. Starting in 2003, they held positions at Ford Motor Company, including Quality Director, Lean Manufacturing & Engineering Manager, General Manager - Corporate Assets Maintenance, and Operations Manager - Paint Operations. In 2010, they joined George Weston Foods as the Continuous Improvement & Asset Care Manager - ANZ, and later became the General Manager - Asset Health & Reliability. In 2016, Santo became the General Manager of Operations at Britax Childcare Pty Ltd, where they led various operational functions and oversaw the transition of manufacturing to China. In 2018, they became the Group Operational Excellence Manager ANZ at Timberlink Australia I New Zealand. Santo's most recent role is Deputy Vice President Operations PACIFIC AS APAC at dormakaba, starting in 2020.

Santo Paolucci attended Victoria University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Sciences.
