Michael Swartz

Michael Swartz has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Michael began their career at Flight Systems Automotive Group in 1996 as an Electronics Technician and later worked as an Automotive Engineer. Michael then held various management roles, including Operations Engineering Support Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and Director of Operations. In 2019, they joined Dorman Products as the Director of Plant Operations.

Michael Swartz completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society for Quality in 2011. In 1996, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Thompson Institute.
