Oscar Pinto has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Oscar currently works as the Global Sales Director & Business Development at Dorman Products, where they oversee sales and operations in Mexico and the US Specialty Market. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales - Export Markets at Dorman Products, where they transformed an underachieving business into a successful organization.

Before joining Dorman Products, Oscar served as the Sales Director for North, Central, and South America at JFP Trading Group, Inc. Oscar played a key role in driving the global strategy and spearheaded the successful launch of the KRACO brand in Central American and Andean markets.

Earlier in their career, Oscar held the position of Vice President (VP) of Sales for the Latin America & Caribbean Region at SVO Corporation. Oscar successfully grew a small business and expanded operations and regional offices to five countries in Latin America.

Oscar also gained experience in purchasing and procurement at Grupo Elektra, where they managed a diverse product portfolio and provided analytical support to the Category Management Team.

Oscar'scareer began at Toyota Motor Corporation, where they held various roles such as Brand Manager, Project Leader, and Leader of JISHUKEN Regional Workshops. Oscar was responsible for managing the Quaker State and Toyota brands, as well as leading special projects.

Throughout their career, Oscar Pinto has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth, implement sales strategies, and successfully lead teams.

Oscar Pinto completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from UNITEC in 2002. Oscar then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland in 2012. Additionally, they received training in KAIZEN and the Toyota Way in Sales & Marketing at Toyota in 2005.
