Steven Gaines

Steven Gaines, M.A. CLSSBB, currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Dorman Products, a position held since June 2021, following roles as Director of Operations and Operations Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Implementation Project Manager at Walmart Distribution Center from April 2019 to January 2021, and Operations Manager at Macy's from August 2017 to March 2019. Steven also dedicated over 25 years to the US Marine Corps as a Marine Corps Logistics Officer. Academically, Steven holds a Master of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute, a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
