Tayfun Uner

Tayfun Uner serves as the President of the Light Duty Division at Dorman Products since 2025. Prior to this, Tayfun Uner held various senior leadership roles at Newell Brands from 2018 to 2024, including Senior Vice President for Writing & Baby, where oversight included multiple well-known brands such as NUK, DYMO, Parker, and Graco. Earlier, Tayfun Uner had notable tenures at Carlsberg Group, managing P&L for the alcoholic beverage business and leading strategic initiatives as Vice President of Group Strategy. Tayfun Uner began a career in consulting at McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Literature from Boğaziçi University.
