Martin Sehnal

Martin Sehnal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Research and Development Engineer at Seco Tools. Martin then worked at Dormer Pramet, where they held various roles such as Product Manager, Product Development & Product Management Director, Operations Manager North America, Integration Manager, and most recently as the Global Sales Process Manager. Martin is currently the Director of Sales Operations at Dormer Pramet, responsible for enhancing customer experience, implementing new technologies, and supporting the sales team with processes and tools. Martin also has experience in post-acquisition integration and has expertise in areas like HR, IT, EH&S, PM, Legal, and Procurement.

Martin Sehnal completed their Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Brno University of Technology from 2001 to 2006. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued an online program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, focusing on DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: LEADING PEOPLE, DATA & TECHNOLOGY.

Additionally, Martin has obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they completed the "Taking Charge of Change" program offered by Prosci. In May 2021, they acquired the certification in "Business Process Management" from ICG-Capability s.r.o. Furthermore, in September 2020, they completed the "InStruct Program" provided by LinkedIn.
