Rohit Kadu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in company secretarial and compliance roles. Currently serving as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Dormer Pramet since December 2020, Rohit previously held the position of Company Secretary at Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd from February 2016 to December 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Manager - Secretarial & Legal at Forbes Marshall from August 2008 to February 2016, managing the Company Secretarial, Legal, and Insurance portfolios. Rohit holds a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Yashwant Rao Chavan Law College, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
