Ken Oechsner

Ken Oechsner serves as the Director of Human Resources at Dorner Mfg. Corp. since July 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and compliance with federal and state employment laws, alongside organizational development and training. Prior to this role, Ken was a federal mediator from July 1998 to July 1999, assisting management and labor in resolving disputes, grievances, contract negotiations, and conducting labor/management training in Win-Win Bargaining.
