Luis Meza

Luis Meza has a strong background in operations and management. Luis started their career at Sanmina-Sci in 1997 as a Manufacturing Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing a large team, and implementing process improvements. Luis then worked at Electronica Pantera as a Senior Operations Manager, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and implementing lean manufacturing principles. At Plasticoncentrados, Luis served as a Production Manager and Engineering, where they successfully increased revenues and suggested operational improvements. Luis later joined Honda of America Mfg., Inc. as a Business Unit Manager, where they resolved customer issues and implemented policies to enhance customer satisfaction. Luis then moved to Ford Motor Company as a Business Unit Manager, where they improved service quality and increased sales. After that, they worked at MULTI SPARES SA DE CV as an Operation Manager, focusing on revenue generation and client satisfaction. Most recently, Luis served as an Operations Manager at Dorner Mfg. Corp., where they were responsible for planning and executing quality, procurement, and manufacturing strategies, as well as promoting a continuous improvement culture. Throughout their career, Luis has consistently utilized metrics to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and has successfully implemented process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.

Luis Meza's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at Universidad de Guadalajara and completed their degree in Communication and Electronic Engineering in 1994. In 1999, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey to pursue a Graduate in Directive Abilities, which they completed in the following year. Later, from 2003 to 2004, Luis Meza furthered their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained a Graduate in Six Sigma Green Belt. Lastly, from 2001 to 2005, they attended UNIVA and earned a Master's Degree in Administration.
