The Operations team at DOROT is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the organization's mission to alleviate social isolation among older adults. Key roles include managing financial resources, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting (Treasurer and Controller), and coordinating direct service activities such as in-home visits and deliveries (Manager of Door to Door). Together, they streamline processes to support the seamless execution of programs that foster meaningful intergenerational connections.
