Alan Phillips

Alan Phillips serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Structures, where Alan focuses on creating innovative buildings for sports facilities. Alan is also an Ambassador at Dorothy House Hospice Care. Previously, Alan held the CEO position at Parallel Investment Management Ltd and Fidelius Group, where Alan worked in financial services. Alan started their career as a professional cricketer at Somerset County Cricket Club. Alan attended Millfield School from 1982 to 1986.
