Doug McVadon

Doug McVadon has extensive experience in television news and executive leadership consulting. Since January 1997, Doug has served as President and Senior Consultant at Dorrier Underwood, focusing on executive leadership, culture change, and breakthrough projects for companies with ambitious goals. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions in news production and management, including News Producer and Editor at WCNC-TV in Charlotte, NC, Assistant News Director at WSLS-TV in Roanoke, VA, and News Producer and Anchor at KRUZ-TV in Santa Cruz, CA. Doug's career began in radio, working as a News Announcer and Reporter across several stations in California. Doug earned a B.A. with honors in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
