Ceng Ramez Alchamaa Meng, Cm-Lean, Pmp

Ramez Alchamaa, PhD CEng, MEng, CM-Lean, PMP®, CPEM®, is a seasoned professional in project delivery and lean construction management, currently serving as a Senior Project Delivery and Lean Construction Management Expert at Dorsch Gruppe since September 2015, and previously held roles in major organizations including WSP in the Middle East and Parsons Brinckerhoff MENA. Ramez has extensive experience in managing multi-discipline design projects, stakeholder interactions, and conducting geotechnical engineering research and consultancy. With a strong academic background including a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University, and ongoing MBA studies, Ramez has also imparted knowledge as a visiting professor and lecturer at several universities while contributing to the UNHCR on infrastructure assessments and strategic planning for rehabilitation projects.
