For more than 15 years, They have worked hard to keep Dorset Connects growing and improving our service delivery. Their motto of “Hassle-Free IT” has stood as their litmus test for all new initiates and has served them well. Starting as a field engineer and working up to Director of Technical Operations has given Rick a chance to see all the aspects of their business and how they fit together. Prior to Dorset Connects, he was the Manager of Information Technology for Connectiv, which was focused on acquiring new companies to build business. This helped him develop great experience with integrating data, people, and workflows into an existing organization. He was also a client of Dorset Connects, which led to him joining the team.
