Andrew Holly

Andrew Holly is a partner in the trial group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, specializing in ERISA and health care litigation. With over a decade of experience in litigating complex commercial matters, Andrew has successfully handled numerous jury and court trials, arbitral proceedings, and evidentiary hearings. Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney LLP in 2001, Andrew served as a legal clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from June 2000 to August 2001. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where Andrew was also a member of the Order of the Coif.
