Ben Kappelman

Ben Kappelman is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, specializing in dispute resolution with extensive experience representing clients across various industries, including health care, manufacturing, construction, and energy, as well as Native American tribes. Prior to this role, Kappelman served as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, teaching legal writing and analysis to first-year law students. Kappelman's legal career includes positions as a law clerk for the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and as a student attorney at the Suffolk University Law School Education Advocacy Clinic. Kappelman also held legal internships in various capacities, including the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts and the United States Attorney for the District of Montana.
