Carmen Ramson-Herzing

Carmen Ramson-Herzing is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since August 2022, Carmen leads a team focusing on diverse aspects of legal marketing and communications. Prior roles include Internal Communications Manager at C.H. Robinson, where Carmen managed internal strategies to engage employees, and as a consultant for Medtronic, developing change management communications. Carmen's leadership experience also spans positions at Jack Link's Protein Snacks, Aon, DLA Piper, and Saks, Inc., where innovative communication strategies were implemented to drive employee engagement and organizational change. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Organizational & Multicultural Communication from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in English Writing from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.
