Caroline Sweeney

Caroline Sweeney serves as the Chief Knowledge & Innovation Officer at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, a position held since August 2018, where leadership focuses on enhancing client service through knowledge management, innovation, and technology. Prior to this role, Sweeney was the Director of Knowledge Management and Innovation, overseeing the firm's Knowledge Management function and eDiscovery services. With extensive experience at Dorsey since 2001, including roles such as Global Director of E-Discovery & Client Technology Services and Director of Practice Group Technology Services, Sweeney has a strong background in litigation technology and innovation.
