Michael Sly

Michael Sly is a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where since December 2018, Michael has specialized in advising clients on various debt finance matters, focusing on middle-market secured and unsecured commercial financing transactions. Prior to this role, Michael served as an Associate at the same firm, assisting clients in negotiating debt financing arrangements. Michael's experience also includes working as an Associate Attorney at Ohnstad Twichell, focusing on public finance and municipal law, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota. Earlier roles include positions as a Law Clerk at Cozen O'Connor and The Toro Company, as well as a Translator at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
