Raegan Henderson

Raegan Henderson is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion management, currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since July 2018, after previously holding the role of Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator. Prior to this, Raegan worked as the Corporate Sales Manager for the Children's Theatre Company from August 2016 to June 2018, overseeing significant corporate group sales, budgeting, and community initiatives, while also managing various events and marketing efforts. Raegan's earlier experience includes an Arts Management Fellowship at the same organization, where responsibilities included managing accessibility programs and fostering community engagement, as well as an internship as a Grants Associate at the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Raegan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from Howard University, earned in 2016.
