Ryan Rosensteel

Ryan Rosensteel is a seasoned Real Estate Attorney with extensive experience in both a private law practice and at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where current practice emphasizes real estate, finance, and construction law. Since March 2023, Ryan has been assisting clients with a wide range of legal matters including leases, purchase and sale agreements, design and construction agreements, and finance agreements. Ryan's legal expertise is supported by a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, obtained in 2003, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Political Science from the University of Arizona, completed in 2000.
