Theresa Windorf is an experienced professional in the field of sports management, currently serving as Projektleiterin at Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) since February 2018, with a focus on event inclusivity in sports. Previously, Theresa held various roles at DOSB, including Projektmitarbeiterin and Projektreferentin. Prior to this, Theresa was Geschäftsstellenleiterin at Turnverein von 1848 Coburg e.V. from January 2017 to January 2018 and worked at Hochschule Kaiserslautern from June 2015 to December 2016. Theresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Universität Siegen.

The German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) is the umbrella organization of German sport. We stand for performance, health, the joy of life and promotion of values. We represent more than 27 million memberships in almost 90.000 sport clubs and 100 member organizations, making the DOSB Germany's largest citizens' movement. The DOSB is a registered association (e.V.) with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, supported by an office in Berlin and an EU office in Brussels. Its patron is the German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
