Andrea Dose

Andrea Dose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and manufacturing sectors. As a Partner at DOSE STEELWORKS, INC. since November 2014, Andrea leads innovative projects in customized agricultural and LED trailers, as well as laser work and fabrication services. In addition to this role, Andrea serves as a Board Member for Easterseals Iowa and was part of the Operating and Supporting Services Committee for the Polk County Housing Trust Fund from January 2013 to December 2022. Previously, Andrea held significant positions including Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Credit Union and Vice President at the Iowa Credit Union League, where Andrea launched the Emerging Leaders Connection, fostering personal and professional development in the community.
