Alex Levine

Alex Levine has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Alex served as the Head of Platform and Cyber Security at Doshii from November 2022 to the present, where they focused on bringing hospitality apps together and enhancing the POS experience for venues and customers. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of IT Operations at Doshii from December 2020 to November 2022, and as the IT Operations Manager from September 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Doshii, Alex worked at Oracle as an Oracle Architect specializing in Middleware, Database, and Devops from April 2017 to September 2018. Alex also gained experience as an Oracle Applications Database Administrator at Motability Operations Ltd from April 2016 to April 2017 and as an Oracle Middleware Technical Consultant at the European Medicines Agency from November 2015 to April 2016.

In addition to their corporate roles, Alex worked at Mazda Australia Pty Ltd, where they held the positions of Database & Middleware Administrator from February 2011 to October 2015 and Systems Support Analyst from August 2007 to February 2011. At Mazda, they provided support for company applications, Microsoft products, and networking, handling a significant volume of support cases on a daily basis.

Alex's career began with an internship at HEDCON (Health, Environment and Development Consortium), a non-profit organization in Rajasthan, India. During their 12-week internship from November 2010 to January 2011, they primarily focused on research and documentation of HEDCON's main projects for funds sourcing.

Alex Levine pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained several certifications: an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in February 2019, an Oracle Certified Professional - Oracle Database 11g certification from Oracle in November 2015, and an Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle Database 11g certification in December 2013.
