Sachin Singhal

Sachin Singhal is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the banking and digital platform sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at NPCI BHIM since May 2025, Sachin has held significant leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank from April 2023 to June 2025, and Vice President of Engineering at Airtel Payments Bank from August 2019 to April 2023, where a team of 200 was led to manage payment platforms handling 10 million daily transactions. Prior experiences include Head of Engineering for Digital and Payment Platforms at airtel X Labs from April 2016 to July 2019, and Head of Engineering for Digital Platforms at BSB Portal Ltd. from November 2014 to March 2016. Sachin holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and completed ISCE in Science at City Montessori School, Lucknow.
