Sanije Gjokaj is an experienced professional in CRM and marketing, currently serving as the Director of CRM at Dossier Perfumes since May 2023. Previously, Sanije held the position of Director of CRM and Growth Marketing at Leap and worked as the Retention Lead at Every Mother. Significant experience at the American Kennel Club includes serving as Director of Email Marketing and Ecommerce, where a multi-faceted email marketing strategy was developed. In earlier roles, Sanije directed email programs at Bare Necessities and overhauled the digital marketing strategy at Scholastic in various capacities, including Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce and Senior Manager of Email/Mobile Marketing. An academic background in Communication with a focus on Publication Design was obtained at CUNY, complemented by education at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
