Susan Camp

Susan Camp has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Doster Construction Company since October 2005, where responsibilities include directing all HR functions, developing corporate policies, and overseeing benefits, compensation, recruiting, and training. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of HR Director at Shaw Industries from May 1996 to August 2003, managing corporate recruiting for various operations and leading a team of recruiters. Additionally, Susan served as Division Manager of Training & Development during tenure at Shaw Industries. Susan Camp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia, earned from 1987 to 1991.
